So I made a brief little tutorial on using Audacity and a free sound effects site to make a radio commercial.  I think it turned out pretty well:

And if you're interested in hearing my finished radio spot for 'Rocket Coffee,' sadly, you will have to be patient, as I can't seem to figure out how to embed an audio file on this site.  I'll update here as soon as I figure it out.
